How do I book a clean?

How much notice do you need?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance where possible. For urgent or same-day cleans, please call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I set up a recurring clean?

Absolutely. We offer weekly and fortnightly regular cleans. Once you're happy with your first visit, we'll lock in a schedule that works around you.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Birmingham and the surrounding areas, including Edgbaston, Harborne, Solihull, Digbeth, Jewellery Quarter, Brindleyplace, and more. Get in touch if you're unsure whether we cover your location.

What's the difference between a Regular Clean and a Deep Clean?

A Regular Clean covers all the essentials — kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, and tidying. A Deep Clean goes much further, including inside appliances, cupboards, grout scrubbing, behind furniture, and more. It's ideal for a thorough refresh or before a move.

Yes, we bring everything we need. All our products are professional-grade and effective. If you have a preference for specific products or have allergies, just let us know and we'll accommodate where possible.

How quickly can you turn around an Airbnb property between guests?

We work to your check-out and check-in times. As long as we have sufficient notice, we can complete a full turnaround clean — including linen change and restocking — ready for your next guest.

Can you manage linen and towel changes?

Yes. We can change and arrange fresh linen and towels as part of every Airbnb clean. If you'd like us to handle laundry too, just ask and we'll discuss the best arrangement.

Can you restock essentials for guests?

Yes, on request. We can replenish toiletries, kitchen essentials, and welcome items. Simply provide the supplies and we'll take care of the presentation.

Do I need to be home during the clean?
